If you are looking for a security door look no further. Great product, price and outstanding service. Our son is autistic and is non verbal. Autistic children can develop an escape and run mentality. Phil purchased one of the Louise doors from Mitre10 in Manukau yesterday and put it up in no time at all! He had spent the morning installing an electric garage door opener and had all kinds of issues with the installation instructions and extra things required not in the pack!!!! Which made installing the Doradoor easy peasy! It fits perfectly and looks awesome. What a great product.

The ART is in SMART Security Doors for the 20th Century We purchased a designer door for our inner city house which has provided security for the family when opening the wooden front door to strangers.
The security door is a user friendly barrier to keep children and dogs inside while having a conversation at the front door. It provides an excellent visual view from the kitchen of garden and street when closed and the wooden front door is open. Easier than getting fresh air by porch sitting!

We had been considering for several years getting a security door, only so we could leave the front door open in the hot weather and have a breeze playing through the house without worrying about security if we were in the back yard .
But we were dispirited because the options were so hideous: the compulsory style seemed to be in that horrible bronze-coloured material in a limited range of styles, all of which induced claustrophobia . Then we happened on the Dora Doors site and realised there was someone out there who didn’t think you had to make your house look like Fort Knox if you wanted a security door.
